Drop shadow settings : vertical 3, horizontal 2, opacity 100 ,  blur 4 

Let's Get Started !

1. Open a new image in PSP ( File > New )  600 x 600 , tick the transparent box .

2. Open  purple glitter base 2  from scrapkit . Copy > paste as new layer > layers > merge visible. Delete glitter.

3. Open leafty greens from scrapkit . Copy > paste as new selection and position on right  side of tag as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.  Left click on greens > Image > mirror . Erase  stem of leafy greens . Copy > paste as new selection on bottom left side as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

4. Open flower 2 from scrapkit.  Copy and paste flower 2 on right middle side of tag about 1/4 inch from edge as shown  . Effects >  3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none. Copy and paste flower 2 as new selection  on left side of tag  about  1/2 to 3/4 inch from edge as shown , lower than flower on right . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.  Copy and paste flower 2  as new selection about  1/4 inch from top of tag as shown  , centered. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Selections > Select none .

5 Open doodle beads 2 from scrapkit.  Copy and paste  beads # 2  onto tag about an inch and a half from the bottom of the tag as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none. Repeat this slightly lower than the first  as shown.

6. Open frame # 4 from kit . Copy and paste onto image  as new layer > effects > 3D effects> drop shadow. Layers > merge visible.

7. Open artists tube of choice  close up / head shot. Copy and paste onto frame as new selection and position as shown . > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none .

8. Open organza bow from kit.Rotate left . I resized mine 90%  twice ( I am pretty sure ) to fit the frame but you may have to adjust this yourself to fit. Copy and paste bow as new selection onto bottom of frame to cover bottom of artist tube and/or drop shadowing  . When correctly fitted , Effects > 3 D effects > selections > selection none.

9. Copy and past second artist tube full image as new selection onto tag on left side of frame as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none .

10 . Xero filter > porcelain . Softness 50 ,Strength 60.  Red 65, Green 0, Blue 60.

11. Cybia screenworks - choose"  dot screen " from drop down list  0. Click ok .

12.  Resize tag to 90%  >  Apply proper credits to tag ,>  save as PNG file .

OPTIONAL -  Butterfly , resize to your taste, copy and paste as new selection onto upper left frame > effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.
