Let's Get Started
1. Open a new image in PSP . File > new . 650 x 550 pixels. Tick the transparent box . Set f/g and b/g color in materials palette to color #d1ceeb . Flood fill new file . Open SD mask # 7. Resize by 110 % twice. Layers > new mask layer > from image . Copy and paste new mask layer onto flood filled file . Layers > merge visible. Delete SD mask .
2. Open Sparkles/bubbles tube from supplies. Image > rotate right . Copy > paste onto tag " as new layer " . Layers > mege visible.
3. Open Ribbon 2 from SD kit . Resize by 65% three times. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste ribbon " as new selection" Position as shown across bottom of tag ( lower tips of ribbon sould be 3 blocks/squares off bottom edge of file ) . Effects > 3 D effects > Drop Shadow using these settings : Vertical 3, Horizontal 2, Blur 4.00, Opacity 100. Selections > select none.
4. Open white flower # 9 from SD kit . Resize by 85% four times. Copy and paste white flower onto right side of tag "as new selection" position carefully keeping right tip of longest right fern just one half square/block from edge . Check my tag for positioning. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.
5. Open Frame 2 From SD kit . Resize by 85% four times . Adjust > sharpen . Open paper 6 from kit, resize by 40%. Sharpen. Get magic wand . Left click inside frame > marching ants . Selections > modify > expand by 2.00. Left click on paper 6 > copy > paste " into selection" . Selections > select none. Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new layer " . Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Layers > merge visible.
6. Open Joan Palaez cowgirl tube A-10. Resize image by 60 %. Adjust >sharpen. Copy and paste onto frame " as new selection" positioning so that back end of horse if flush with inner right side of frame , check my tag for positioning. . Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > Selections > select none.
7. Open Joan Palaez cowgirl tube H-5. Resize by 90%. Adjust > sharpen . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection " , positioning on right side of frame , covering back end of horse/right side of frame as shown .Keep top edge of tube just off top edge of tag . .Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.
8. Open flower # 8 from SD kit . Resize by 85% five times. Adjust > sharpen . Image > rotate > free rotate by 5.00 /left . Copy and paste " as new selection" onto left side of frame . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.
9. Open diamond wire from SD kit . Resize by 85% twice. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste " as new selection " onto lower portion of frame positioning as shown so that end of wire cross lower left petal of flower. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > selects none.
10. Open VooDoo Roses from supplies . Change Hue and Saturation as follows : Hue 162 Saturation 38. Copy > paste onto tag across bottom of tag "as new selection", position on tag as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.
11. Open horse head pin from supplies . Optional change of hue and saturation to above settings for roses . Image > rotate > free rotate > 5.00 left . Copy and paste " as new selection " onto left side of frame/flower as shown . Effects > 3D effects . Selections > select none.
12 . Resize tag by 90%. Effects > Xero filter > porcelain . Use these settings Softness 38, Strength 50. Red 0, Green 0 , Blue 65. Click OK .
13. Open butterfly from supplies . Resize by 85% four times. Copy and paste "as new selection " onto tag as shown at top of tag. Effects > 3D effects . selections > select none.
14. Apply proper credits to tag, save as PNG file .
