Let's Get Started

1.  Open a new image 600 x 600 pixels , tick the transparent box . Open paper # 1. Copy and paste onto new file " as new layer " > layers > merge visible. Delete original paper. Open Gem Mask # 190 > layers> new mask layer > from image. Left click on new mask layer > copy > paste onto paper/tag " as new layer " > layers > merge visible.  Delete mask # 190.  Copy and paste newly created mask layer " as new image. Rotate Right > Image > free rotate settings : right 25.00 > click OK.  Adjust > hue and saturation > colorize > Hue 22 Saturation 73..Move this to the side for a later step . Left click on original Layer > effects > plugins > cybia screenworks > dot screen > settings 0 > click OK. 

2.Get layer moved aside in step 1.  Image > resize by 90%. > Adjust > sharpen. Copy > paste " as new layer" onto original layer > layers > merge Visible.  Open Garv tube and close off all layers except tube layer. Highlight tube layer in layers palette > Copy > paste " as new selection" onto left side of tag , position as shown , foot should be 1 and 1/2 blocks from left side and 2 blocks from bottom . Effects . 3D effects > drop shadow using settings : vertical 3, horizontal 2, blurr 4, opacity 100 , color black. > selections > select none . Effects > plugins > cybia screen works > dot screen settings 10 > click OK.

3. Open SM guts # 4 from SD Steampunk kit.  Image > resize to 85%. > Edit > repeat resize 4 more times. Adust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown 3rd block from right side of tag and  11 and  13 blocks from top of tag .Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Move guts # 4 to the side for step 5.

4. Open SD SM guts # 2 brass clock face  from kit.  Image > Resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize 4 more times > adjust > sharpen > copy > paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown so that it is lower but up against gear in step 3. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none.

5. Get guts # 4 moved aside in step 3. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , positioning as shown adjacent to garv man tube and up against brass clock face > effects >3 D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

6. Open SD SM watch /fob from scrapkit . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown, lower edge of chain on watch should be just off bottom of tag and left side of chain should touch outer leg of Garv man tube . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

7. Open Grandfather clock from SD SM scrapkit. Image > resize to 85% . Repeat resize one time > image > resize to 95%. Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" and position as shown 3 blocks from bottom and 3 blocks from right side of tag. > Effects> 3D effects > drop shadow > selections> select none.

8. Open Keith Garvey leather girl tube . Close off all layers except tube layer in layers palette. Hightlight tube in layers palette. Image > resize to 85%. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position as shown with feet two blocks off bottom of tag, knee covering the # 3 on the watch face > effects > 3 D effects . drop shadow > selections> select none.

9. Open Gold ribbon from SD SM scrapkit. Image > resize to 85%. . Edit > repeat resize 4 more times. > adjust > sharpen. Image > rotate > left.  Using pick tool  left click on ribbon and move top and bottom down/in  b 2 blocks each. Copy > paste gold ribbon onto bottom of tag " as new selection" , position as shown placing inside of chain of watch . Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > selections> select none.

10. Copy and paste word art onto bottom of tag " as new selection" , position as shown so that it appeas to be supporting/holding up the watch . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

OPTIONAL

11. Open SD SM boot from kit . Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat 4 more times. Copy > paste onto right side of tag over grandfathers clock and behind back of garv tube > effects . 3 D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

12. Add proper credits , save as PNG file. ** Note ** if you are going to use the word- art, please be sure to credit Lyrics by Righteous Brothers
