Elements from scrapkit

a. Pink butterfly , resize to 22 %

b. Pink heart string/knot  resize 80%

c. Bow twist string , resize 85%, change hue and saturation to Hue 233, Saturaton 242, rotate left

d. Frame  # 1 resize 65%

e. frame # 2  resize 65%

f. Papers # 1 and  # 10 resize about 50%

g. flower # 3 resized to 15 %..

** HINTS**

Please read before you begin

Always copy and paste elements " as new selection " unless otherwise directed

Drop Shadow settings : vertical 3, horizontal 2, blur  4,opacity 100.

Materials color palette foreground and background  #a83a60

Xero filter " porcelain" freeware ,find link on right side of this blog .

Lets Get Started

1.   File > new file  . 650 x 600 ( you can resize later ).

 

2. Flood fill new file with color listed in Hints section of this tut above .

 

3. Open WSL mask # 17 > layers > new mask layer > from image

 

4. Copy and paste mask onto flood filled image " as new layer " > merge visible, delete mask

5. Use floral deco brush on both sides of mask , first on left , then Image >mirror the tag image and  repeat on the right side of image, > Image mirror again to put it back .

 

6. Get the heart string , copy and paste as new selection near bottom of mask, > Effects .3D effects >drop shadow,> selections> select none.

 

7. Get frame # 2. Using the magic wand , hold down the shift key and click inside each frane until there are marching ants inside each window pane. Get paper # 1, copy and paste into selection . > modify > expand by 2. > selections > select none

 

8. Get frame # 1 and paper #  10, > magic wand inside frame > marching ants . Copy and paste paper" into selection"  > selections > modify > expand by 2 >Selections > select none.

 

9. Copy and paste frame # 1 as shown  over mask " as new selection " > Effects>.3D effects > drop shadow >selections >select none. 

 

10 Get tube of your choice , copy and paste onto frame # 1, "as new selection" >Effects > 3D effects> drop shadow> selections >select none .

 

11. Get frame # 2 ,  resize your main image tube ( chatzoudis ) , using selection tool, draw out areas of the tube to copy and paste as new selections into each frame >Effects >3D effects >,drop shadow,selections > select none .Copy and paste frame # 2 onto frame # 1 ", as new selection "  as shown , >Effects> 3D effects > drop shadow > selections >select none

 

12 Get the string , rotate left , change hue and saturation if this isnt already done, paste along bottom edge of  frame # 2 " as new selection"  >Effects . 3D effects > drop shadow >selections > select none.

 

13. Get the flower and paste it around your image a few times as new selection >Effects >3D effects> drop shadow>selections> select none.

 

14 Get the pink butterfly , paste in two places on your tag as shown, "as new selection" >selections > select none . Do not drop shadow on butterflies.

 

15. Xero Filter settings as follows : Softness 50, strength 70, red 80, green 0, blue 52

16.  resize the tag by 85%

 

17. Add proper credits and save as PNG file

 

18 Use The naughty girl font foreground color #a83a60 and background color #f4b1d4
