Supplies
1. PSP any version 9 through x2
2. Scrap kit by Zlata Designs " Breath of Spring"
3. Plugin: Xero filter> porcelain free HERE
4. Jose Cano tube "Jennifer" #1946 or tube of choice.
5. Font of choice, I used Eutemia I HERE.

Hints
Drop shadow settings : Vertical 2, horizontal 1, blur 3.00, opacity 100, color black.
LET'S GET STARTED
1. Open a new image in PSP sized 625 x 475. Tick the transparent box. Copy and paste mask of choice or Barbies oval mask " as new layer" > layers> merge visible.
2. Open element # 47 ( grass ). Image > resize > 39 %. Image > resize to 40%. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown across bottom of oval mask > selections> select none.
3. Open element # 43 from kit. Image > resize to 36%. Image > resize to 50%. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection ". Position as shown. Selections> select none.
4. Open a new image in psp , same as first in step 1. Open element # 14 (circle frame) from kit. Click on pick tool in psp. Using pick tool, push pick line down to bottom of 8th block creating an oval. Image > Resize to 24%. Image> resize to 70%. Open paper # 2 from kit. image > resize to 15%. Using selection tool, change selection shape to elipse and pull out an oval to match slightly larger than frame size >edit >copy. Copy and paste onto new image "as new layer" . Right click on frame. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow and copy and paste frame onto new tag " as new layer" over oval paper. Layers> merge visible.
5. Open element # 46 from kit (pink ribbon bow) and resize to 45%. Image > resize to 30%. Adjust> brightness and contrast >brightness and contrast ( same settings as before) > Adjust> clarify ( same settings as before ). Copy and paste bow onto top of frame "as new selection" and position as shown. Effects>3D effects>drop shadow> selections> select none. Set bow/frame to the side .
6. Click on original tag composition. Open bubbles/sparkles from Barbies supplies folder. Image> resize to 85%. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown in upper left portion of tag taking care not to cut off edges of bubbles and sparkles > selections> select none. Set bubbles and sparkles aside for later step.
7. Get frame created in steps 5 and 6. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown on edge of 5th block from right side of tag and on edge of 5th block from top edge of tag > Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.
8. Open Jose Cano tube ( or tube of choice ) . Close off top layer of tube ( full view) . Highlight bust shot of tube in layers palette. Resize tube to 65%. There are several methods to applying tube to frame, we will use the beginner method for simplicity sake. Get eraser tool and size to 25, circle. Erase bottom edge of Cano tube in a curve. Left click on tube and copy and paste onto frame "as new selection" and match bottom edge of tube to bottom edge of frame > effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> none.
9. Open element 3 from kit (flower doodle) . Resize to 28 %. Resize again to 70%. Adjust>brightness & contrast> brightness 8 , contrast 8. Adjust> clarify >100%. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection" and position in second block from left side of tag and in second block from top of tag > effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.
10. Open element 37 from kit. Image > resize to 22%. Image> rotate left. Image resize to 40%. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection" and position as shown , covering bottom edge of tube> effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. Left click on element 37 again, >image> mirror. Copy and paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection" and position as shown, again covering bottom edge of tube > effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.
11. Open element # 53 from kit. Image> resize to 58%. Image > resize again to 25%. Adjust> brightness and contrast> click ok. Adjust > brightness and contrast > clarify > click ok. Copy and paste bow onto center of two flowers added in step # 10. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow > selections> select none. **Optional step: open element # 12 button from kit. Image> Resize to 23%. Image > resize to 10%. Adjust> brightness and contrast> adjust brightness and contrast clarify. Copy and paste as new selection over center of bow and then effects> drop shadow > selections> select none.
12. Get bubbles and sparkles set aside in step 6. Adjust >hue and saturation> hue and saturation> settings: saturation 239, hue 28 , lightness 33. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and carefully and directly over current bubbles. Selections> select none.
13. Open butterfly from kit and Place butterflies "as new selection" to your preference or as shown. Do not drop shadow on buttefly.
14. Effects>Plugins> xero>Porcelain. Settings> Softness 25, strength 35, color red 60, green 0, blue 40. Click OK. Add proper credits to both Jose Cano and to "ScrapkitbyZlataDesigns"
