Let's Get Started
1. Open a new file in psp ( file > new ) sized 600x 600 pixels, tick the transparent box. Set f/g color in materials palette to color # #b50b0e. Flood fill file . Open WSL mask # 84. Layers > new mask layer > from image. Copy and paste new mask layer onto flood filled file " as new layer " > layers > merge visible. Delete mask # 84.
2. Open Rose # 5 . Image > resize to 85 % . Using selection tool ,start at top of tube file in center and pull down and leftward toward bottom left corner > marching ants> copy > paste as new image. Delete rose. Copy and paste 1/2 rose onto left side of file " as new selection" and position as shown staying 1 block off left side of tag and in 7th block from top of tag > effects :> 3D effects > drop shadow. Left click on 1/2 rose tube > image > mirror . Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown , stay 1 block from right side of tag and in 7th block from top of tag > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.
3. Open frame # 2 from SD kit . Image > resize to 90% > edit repeat resize 6 times more. Adjust . Sharpen. Open paper # 6 from SD kit . Resize to 50%. Adjust . Sharpen. Get magic wand and left click inside frame > marching ants > selections > modify > expand by 2. Left click on paper > copy > paste into selection> selections > select none. Copy and paste onto rose " as new selection" , position as shown, staying in 6th block from top and 81/2 blocks from right side of tag > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections> select none.
4. Open Barbara Jensen tube from pack 9. Choose the layers you prefer, I used red elements . Once chosen, merge layers and copy and paste as new image. Delete tube and DO NOT SAVE CHANGES. Copy and paste tube onto frame " as new selection" and position as shown. Effects> 3D effects > selections > select none.
5. Open Scrapidea MO4s from SD kit. Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize twice more. Adjust > sharpen. Adjust > hue and saturation> colorize : hue 0, saturation 128. Image > mirror. Copy and paste onto right side of frame on inside , covering BJ tube > selection> selections none.
6. Open Scrapidea MO 1 from kit, image > resize to 85%> edit repeat resize 2 times more. Copy and paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection" and position about two blocks from bottom and two blocks from each side. Selections > select none.
7. Open wine and roses cluster from SD kit. Resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen. Edit > resize 6 times more > adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown, stay in 6th block from bottom of tag and in 7th block from left side. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > selecions none.
8. Open box of chocolates from SD kit . Image > resize to 85%. Edit > repeat 8 times more > adjust >sharpen more . Copy and paste onto bottom right side of tag " as new selection" and position as shown staying in 5th block from right and 6th block from bottom of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none.
9. Open heart and doves cluster from SD kit. Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize 3 times more > adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag > as new selection and position as shown, Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.
10. Open red heart and bow embellishment from kit. Image > resize to 30%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag in upper left corner " as new selection" and position as shown > effects > 3D effects . drop shadow> selections > select none. Resize tag to 90% > adjust > sharpen. Add proper credits and save tag as PNG .
