Supplies

1. I am using the art of Steve Baier , get it here or use tube of choice

2. I am using my scrapkit " By the Sea", HERE

Drop Shadow:  vertical 2, horizontal 1, opacity 100, color black, shadow/blur 3.00.
I strongly urge you to check my tag frequently for positioning of elements, if you dont ,  you will not reach the desired result

Let's get started !

1.  Open  a new file in PSP 650 x 575 pisxels,  tick transparent box.  ( we will resize later )

2. Open bubbles from kit, copy and paste onto file " as new selection" and position so that very top bubble is 1 block from top and bubbles on left are two blocks from left side of tag.  Selections> select none.

3. Open Sand from kit . Copy and paste " as new selection" , keep centered and 4 blocks from bottom of tag. Copy and paste again just above first sand, and one more time above second sand, overlapping slightly.

4. Open steps from kit.  Image > resize to 85%> edit> repeat resize twice more. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection" and position as shown.  Stay in third block from side and about 7 or 8 blocks from bottom of tag. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selection> select none.

5. Open wheat grass from kit. Copy and paste onto left side of tag ( left of center) " as new selection" and position about 10 blocks from top> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selection> select none. Copy and paste again toward right side of tag ( right of center) with tip of  right wheat sprig being in 6th block from top and about 10th block from right side of tag. 

6. Open frame 3 from kit . Image > resize to 85%> edit > repeat resize once. Adjust > sharpen.  Using the pick tool, pull out by one  block on each side of frame   Open paper # 8 from kit.  Resize paper to 70%.  Adjust > sharpen.  Get magic wand.  Hold down shift key  and left click inside each frame area > marching ants. Copy and paste paper 8  " into selection" > selections> select none.  Open sailboat/yacht from kit. Image > resize to 27%. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste boat into left frame of triple frame " as new selection> image > mirror > copy and paste into right frame of triple frame  " as new selection" > selections> select none.   Open starfish from kit. Image > resize to 20 %. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste into middle of center frame " as new selection. Selections > select none.  Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown so that top right corner of frame is 5 and one half blocks from right side of tag, resting on steps, and 7 blocks from top of tag. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections>select none.

7. Open  wrap bow from kit.  Get pick tool and push down on bow 2 blocks from top and  3 blocks from bottom.. Image > free rotate > when box opens just click OK, settings are already there from last free rotate ( 8/.left ) . Copy and paste wrap onto top of frame " as new selection"> effects>3D effects> drop shadow > selections> select none.  Open anchor bow charm from kit. Image> resize to 40%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto center of bow > as new selection> effects> 3 D effects> drop shadow> selections> none.

8. Open  pearls from kit. Image > resize to 90%> adjust > sharpen.  Image> " free rotate", choose 8.00/left. Copy and past pearls on bottom border of frame " as new selection"  > Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selection> select none. Copy and paste pearls again just beneath the first strand   " as new selection"  > Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selection> select none.  Open palm plant  ( this is actually an aloe cactus)  from kit. Image> resize to 60%.  Adjust> sharpen.  Copy and paste onto steps " as new selection" and position as shown on right edge of steps and partially covering frame. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  ( set this plant to the side for a later step )

9. Open rocks from kit.  Image > resize to 84% > edit > repeat resize twice more. Adjust > sharpe.  Copy and paste onto tag up against steps on lower right side of tag " as new selection" > Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selection> select none.

10.  Open  Stevef Baier tube ( or tube of choice )  . Image resize to 55%. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and carefully position as shown.   Part in hair  should align with starfish and string of bow on frame. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  This tube should lay over bottom of steps, hands should be on rocks and sand should show just beneath tube and rocks.

11. Open lighthouse 1 from kit. Image > resize to 80%.  Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position carefully to cover back end of tube, shoulder of light house should match top corner of frame. Effects>  3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. 

12.  Left click on plant set aside earlier.  Image > resize to 80%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste at base of lighthouse " as new selection" . 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  Left click on plant again >  Image > resize to 80%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste at base of lighthouse " as new selection"  and positon to stagger the first one  as shown.  Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. Left click on plant again > image > resize to 50%. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto tag" as new selection> and position as shown just forward of, and level with elbow of girl/tube. Effects> 3d effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none. 

13.  Open bottle from kit.  Image > resize to 45 %. Adjust > sharpen. Get pick tool . Push inward by 1 to 1 and 1/2 blocks from each side . Copy and paste onto tag  " as new selection" > effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.

14. Open crab from kit.  Image > resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto rocks on tag > as new selection" and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

15. Resize tag to 90%. Adjust > sharpen.  Add proper credits and you are done !
