Supplies

Let's Get Started

1. Open a new file in psp 675 x 600, tick the transparent box.   Set materials palette colors to #c6a47b. Flood fill new file.  Open mask # 4 from Scraps Dimensions. Layers> new mask layer from image.  Copy and paste newly created mask layer onto flood filled file  " as new layer".  Layers> merge visible.  Delete original mask.  Resize new mask to 75%. Image > free rotate > left >23%.   Open new file in psp same size as last .  Copy and paste new mask onto new file " as new layer"  Get move tool, move to the left  and in top half of tag as shown. Layers> merge visible,   Get mask again, copy and paste onto left side of tag "as new selection" , paste toward bottom of tag so that the two masks overlap.  Copy and paste mask again as new selection on far right side of tag .

2. Open fern from kit.  Copy and paste as new selection onto tag , position tip  in second block from the top and in third block from right side.  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow using settings in hints above. Selections> none.   Click on fern tube.  Image > flip, repeat copy/paste onto right side of tag , position on right of tag on bottom , one block from right side and 9th block from bottom. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> selects none.

3. Open weeds from kit.  Image> free rotate> left > 23.00> free. Click OK.  Adjust> sharpen. Copy and paste onto left side of tag as new selection, into upper left corner, staying one block from top and left side. Selections>select none.

4. Open flower 1 from kit.  Image resize to 65% >image> mirror.  Copy and paste onto right side of tag as new selection and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.

5. Open lace from kit.  Image > mirror. Image> resize to 80%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto bottom of tag as new selection and position as shown in 4th block from the right and 3 blocks from bottom .  Selections> select none.

6. Open lamp post from kit.  Copy and paste onto right side of tag as new selection and position as shown , farthest right lamp should be one block from top and 9 blocks from right side. Effects>3d effects> drop shadow.  Selections> select none.

7. Open a new file in psp same as first in step 1. Open paper # 3 and frame # 7 from kit.  Using selection tool, change shape of tool to elipse. Starting about 2/3rds of the way down, place cursor in middle and pull outward, to shape and size of frame # 7.  Edit> copy onto new file as new layer.  Copy and paste frame onto new file as new layer, if necessary move frame to hide paper edges.  Layers> merge visible.  Copy and paste papered frame onto tag as new selection and position as shown in 5th block from right side of tag. Effects>3D effects. drop shadow> selections> select none.  

8. Open a new file in psp same as in step 1.  Open clock and frame 1 from kit.  Resie frame to 75%.  Copy and paste clock onto new file as new selection and position rightward of center . Selections> select none.  Copy and paste frame 1 onto new file as new selection and position over clock > selections> select none.  Copy and paste framed clock onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown in 7th block from top and in 2nd block from left side of tag.  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

9. Open Cris Ortega tube ,or tube of choice.  For the Ortega tube, use eraser brush in an eliptical shape across bottom of tube . Copy and paste tube onto framed clock as new selection and position as shown. Effects>3D effects. drop shadow. Selectons> select none.

10. Open branch from kit.  Image > flip.  Image > resize to 62%.  Copy and paste onto bottom of frame as new selection. Position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.

11. Open flower 4 from kit.   Image > resize to 60%. Copy and paste onto right side of frame 1  as new selection and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> selections> select none.  Open ribbon 3 from kit. Image > resize to 65%.  Image> flip.   Get pick tool and push down 2 blocks from top .  Copy and paste ribbon onto tag as new selection and position as shown. Left side of ribbon should be 3 blocks from left side of tag and 3 blocks from bottom. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> none.

12. Open shoe form from kit. Using selection tool, change shape to rectangle. Pull out selection to crop out shoe on right.  Copy and paste this selection as a new image. Delete shoe form tube.  Resize to 70%.  Copy and paste shoe onto tag as a new selection.  Position as shown, shoe should be in 6th block from bottom of tag.  Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections. Select none.

13. Open vintage poster from kit.  Image > resize to 30 %. Double click on image in layers palette and click ok .   Image> free rotate 10.00/right/free.  Copy and paste onto tag as a new selection and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> selections> select none.

14. Open swans from kit.  Image> resize to 60%. Adjust> sharpen.  Copy and paste onto bottom of poster as new selection. Position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.

15. Open butterflies from kit.   Erase bottom 7 butterflies ( the smaller ones). Copy and paste butterflies onto tag as new selection and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.
15. Resize tag to 90%. Adjust> sharpen.

16. ** Optional**. I used xero filter porcelain. Settings: Softness 35, strength 40, red 25, green 25, blue 20. click OK

17. Apply proper credits to tag, save as png file.
