Drop shadow settings : vertical 3/horizontal2, blur 4.00, color black, opacity 100.

~ Let's Get Started ~

1. Open a new file in PSP , sized 600 x 600 pixels, tick the transparent box. Change f/g and b/g color in materials palette to #9fadc7. Use paint bucket tool and flood fill file , now known as " tag" from this point forward. Open WSL mask 244 > layers> new mask layer> from image.  Copy and paste newly created image onto flood filled file " as new layer" >layers> merge visible. Delete original mask. Open chain link fence from kit > copy and paste onto tag" as new layer"> layers> merge visible.

2. Open a new file in PSP, same as first . Open gold glitter from kit . Copy and paste " as new layer" onto file > layers> merge visible.  Copy and paste tag from step 1 onto glitter  file " as new layer" > layers> merge visible. 

3. Open lamp post from kit.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown, keeping centered and tip of center lamp shade should be two blocks from top of tag. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

4. Open babies breath from kit. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position on right side of tag as shown, staying 13 blocks from top of tag and in the first/second block from right side of tag> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.

5. Open balloon 2 from kit. Copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection" and position as shown.  Stay in 4th/5th block from top and left side of tag as shown. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selection> select none.

6. Open frame # 2 and paper 11 from kit.  Left click on paper> image> resize to 80%> adjust > sharpen. Left click on frame . Get magic wand tool. Click inside frame > marching ants> selections> modify> expand> by 1. Copy and paste paper into frame> selections> none.  Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" paying close attention to position as shown, keeping 3 blocks exposed on right side of tag and in 4th block from bottom of tag . ( your frame should be toward the right of center of tag) .

7. Open candle 2 from kit.  Image > resize to 90%.  Get pick tool ( 2nd from top on left tool bar), and push inward not quite one-half  block from each side. Copy and paste onto left side of frame " as new selection" and position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

8. Open dream star charm.ribbon from kit. Image > resize to 90% . Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown. Take care to position as shown so that other pertinent elements are not obscured. ( covered ) .

9. Open tube of choice , if you are using the Garv that I am using, get eraser brush, round, size 32, and push up slightly on bottom of legs to create curve to match strand. Be subtle with this . Copy and paste Garv tube onto tag " as new selection" , and position as shown>effects>l 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

10.Open strand from kit ( the one with butterflies and beads)

Copy and paste strand over bottom of tag , covering bottom of Garv's tube. Effects > 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  Image > resize to 90%> adjust > sharpen.  

11.  Effects> plugins> xero> porcelain. Use these settings: Softness 25, Strength 30.  Red 0, Green 10, Blue  35.  Click OK. 

12. Add proper credits to tag and save as PNG file.
