Supplies

1. I am using the art of  Elias Chatzoudis HERE, or use tube of choice.

2. Scrapkit by me , BarbieL/A Cowgirls Creations HERE
3. Mask # 5 by Doris at Scraps Dimensions HERE 

*Hints*

Drop shadow settings: Vertical 2/Horizontal 1. Shadow 4, opacity 100, color black. 

Let's Get Started. 

1. Open a new file in PSP, size 600 x 600 pixels, tick transparent box.  Change f/g and b/g colors in materials palette to #ed7ec4.  Use paint bucket tool and flood fill file. Open SD mask # 5 . Layers> new mask layer> from image.  Copy and paste newly created image onto flood filled file " as new layer" :> layers> merge visible. Delete original mask. 

2. Open mesh from kit.  Adjust > hue & saturation> colorize . Hue 237, Saturation 255. Click OK.  Copy and paste mesh " as new layer" onto tag :> layers> merge visible.

3. Open flower from kit. Using eraser brush , remove stem. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection", and position as shown keeping top flower in second block from top of tag and  in 13th block from left side of tag > effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  Close the flower , do NOT  save changes. Reopen and move to the side for a later step.

4. Open corset from kit. Copy and paste " as new selection"  onto upper left side of tag , position as shown in 4th block from top and 5th block from left side. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

5. Open flower from kit. ( set aside from step 3)  Image > rotate :> left.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position as shown one block off left side of tag and   bottom of stem should be two blocks off bottom right side of tag. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

6. Open frame 2  and paper # 6 from kit.  Left click on paper > image > resize to 85 %> adjust > sharpen. Left click inside frame> marching ants> selections:> modify > expand by 1.  Copy and paste paper "into selection."> selections> none.  Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown, staying in 4th block from right side of tag and in 5th block from top of tag > effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

7.  Open tube of choice  and position  on tag as shown :> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections:> selections > none. 

 

8. Open  boot from kit. Image > mirror> image > resize to 85% twice. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

 

9. Open Atomizer. Image > resize to 65%> adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste " as new selection" , position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

10. Open lipstick.  Image > resize to 60% > repeat twice more. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste " as new selection" , position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

11. Open eye shadow from kit. Image > resize to 35%. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste " as new selection" , position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

12. Open candle from kit. Image > resize to 50%. Adjust > sharpen.  Get pick tool.  Push inward from each side by one block.  Copy and paste onto tag  " as new selection" , position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

Add proper credits to your tag and save as PNG file.
