Let's Get Started

1. Open a new file in psp ( file > new )  Sized 550 x 510 pixels . Make sure transparent is ticked .

2. Open SD mask # 5 from my supplies  Copy and paste " as new layer" onto new file > Layers > merge visible. ( or just right click and merge visible )

3. Open Beads # 1 from scrapkit . Copy and paste " as new layer" onto mask . Layers > merge visible.

4. Open flower # 3 . Copy and paste onto mask " as new selection" , position tip of flower 3 blocks from top of tag . Effects >  3D effects > selections . select none.

5. Open babies breath from my supplies. Copy and paste onto mask on right side of mask as new selection > selections> select none.. Image > mirror > copy and paste onto left side of mask " as new selection> selections> select none.

6. Open brown ribbon from my supplies . Copy and paste " as new selection" , position as shown between 7th and 8th block from the bottom and 3 blocks off of sides. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections> select none.  Copy and past again , overlapping the first ribbon as shown > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

7. Open babies breath from my supplies . Copy and paste " as new selection" on lower right side of tag overlapping the brown ribbon  as shown > selections > select none. Left click on babies breath > copy and paste onto left side of mask " as new selection"  overlapping brown ribbon as shown . Selections > select none.

8. Open curled brown bow from scrapkit. Resize by 85%. Edit > repeat resize 4 times. Copy and paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection" , position as shown, centered, keep left bottom edge of ribbon 2 blocks off of bottom of tag. Selections > select none.

9. Open Shabby frame # 2 from Scrapkit . Resize by 85% . Edit > repeat resize twice. Image > mirror .Get magic wand and click inside frame > marching ants> selections > modify> expand by 1  . Open paper # 9 from scrapkit . Resize to  35 % . Copy and paste " into selection" . Selections> select none. Left click on frame .  Image > free rotate > settings : 6.00> tick "right" . Copy and paste onto mask " as new selection", position as shown , upper right corner of frame should be 8 blocks from top of tag and 3 blocks from right side of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.  Left click on frame > image > mirror . Copy and paste onto left side of mask " as new selection" and position as shown in 5th block from left side and  8th block from top. Bottoms of frames should overlap as shown. Effects > 3D effects > selections > select none.

10. Open Cross Laces from scrapkit . Resize to 85%. Edit > repeat resize 5 times more. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and past onto center of two frames "as new selection" > position as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections> select none.

11. Open Lock and key from my supplies . Copy and paste " as new selection" onto top center of two frames as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Open gold ribbon bow from my supplies . Image > free rotate settings : tick " left "  15.00 . Click OK.  Copy and paste over top of lock " as new selection" Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none. Move bow to the side and leave open.

12. Open Anna Marine tube or tube of choice. For the Anna Marine tube , Image > resize by 85% . Edit > repeat resize > Adjust > sharpen .  Get the eraser brush using  settings  ( shape square size 25 )  , push across the bottom of tube just beneath the bow on her dress from right to left. Upon aproaching  hand , click on eraser brush in tools palette and  now choose setting  round size 10 to remove dress from around her hand.  Copy and paste onto frame " as new selection", position as shown so that bottom edge of dress is flush with bottom edge of lace on frame.Elbow should be outside of frame . Effects > 3 D effects . drop shadow using settings as follows : vertical 0 , horizontal 1 , blurr 3.00. Opacity 90. . Selections> select none.

13. Click on Anna marine tube. Get selection tool . Start in upper left corner and pull down and rightward so that tool catches just under left breast of tube , continue to pull out to the right side of tube  file. Edit > copy > paste as new image . Close original tube.  Do not save changes. On new image ( headshot ) >double  click on new image in layers palette . Decrease opacity to 60%. Click OK.  Using round eraser brush size 10, remove excess shirt sleeve on right side just beneath ruffle( ballooned ) edge. Image > free rotate > settings > tick : right  7.00. click OK.  Copy and paste onto on tag " as new layer" . Get move tool and move into place on  right side frame as shown.. Layers > merge visible.

14. Left click on gold ribbon bow from my supplies.( from step 11 )   Image > free rotate settings > tick right .Click OK. Copy and paste onto lower rim of right frame " as new selection", position as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow using original settings > selections> select none.

15. Open gold / cream colored bow from scrapkit. Resize by 85%.> Edit > repeat resize 3 times.> Adjust> sharpen. Copy and paste " as new selection" onto center of  brown ribbon bow  as shown. Effects . 3D effects > drop shadow using original settings > selections > selections none.

16. Open dragonfly #2 from scrapkit . Resize to 85%.  Edit > repeat resize 3 times. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste over bow in step 15   " as new selection" > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow using original settings > selections > select none.

17. Open brown butterfly from scrapkit . Resize to 85%. Edit > repeat resize 8 times. Adjust > sharpen more . Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown. Left click on brown butterfly tube > image > mirror . Copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection" Selections > select none.

18. Open cream buttefly from kit.  Resize to 85%.  Edit > repeat resize 10 times. > adjust > sharpen> copy and paste onto upper right side of  frame as shown. Selections . select none.

19. Add proper credits . Save as PNG file.
