5. Tube of Choice . I am using Barb Jensen Layers Pin Up Pack 7  

* Hints * 

Drop shadow settings : vertical 3, horizontal 2, blurr 4.00 , Opacity 100.

Animatinon Noise Settings :  Intensity 225, Opacity 75,  tick " gray "

Let's Get Started 

1. Open a new file in psp ( any version size ) 600 x 600 pixels , tick the transparent box .

  

2.  Open glitter 01 from kit . Resize to  145 %. Copy and paste onto new file " as new layer", > layers > merge visible.  Open Deco 03 from kit . Copy and paste " as new selection", position as shown in upper right corner of  tag , top left star should be just left of center at top of tag. Selections > select none .

3. Open ribbon 02. resize to  125 %. Copy and paste onto tag about  4 blocks from bottom . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.  Set the ribbon tube to the side for later use.

4. Open a new file in psp , tick transparent box, size 600x600 pixels, flood fill with green #104605. Open christmas mask of choice . Left click on mask > layers > new mask layer > from image . Copy and paste new mask layer  onto  flood filled file " as new layer " . Layers > merge visible. Delete original mask. Resize mask to  80%.  Copy and paste onto  tag " as new layer" . Layers > merge visible.  Delete mask.

5. Open poinsettas from BC kit.  Image > resize to  90%.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection " and paste onto left lower side of mask positioning as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.  Repeat onto lower right side of mask .

6. Open new file in psp , flood fill with white .  Left click  > copy . Open Animation Shop. Left click on screen and " paste as new animation ". Duplicate one time (  total 2 frames )  Left click on tag > copy . Paste into animation shop as new animation. Duplicate one time. ( total two frames ) . Left click on first frame of tag image > edit > select all > Effects > apply image effect > noise . ( Use settings noted above in hints ) . Once noise applied, left click on first frame of animated tag > edit > select all > edit > copy . Left click on first frame of plain white tag  > edit > select all > edit > paste into selected frame . Check animation now by clicking  " view > animation" .   If animation is ok, delete this . 

7. Open frame # 6 in psp . Resize to 85% twice.   Open paper 12.  Resize to  60%.   Get magic wand. Holding down left click on mouse,  left click inside both sides of frame > marching ants >  selections> modify > expand by 2.  Left click on paper 12 and copy and paste " into selection"  Selections > select none. Copy and paste papered frame " as new image" and delete original frame and delete paper.  Effect > 3 D effects .  Left click > copy > paste into animation shop " as new animation". Duplicate once for a total of two frames. Left click on first frame of frame > edit > select all > edit copy . Left click on  first frame of tag > edit > select all > edit paste as new selection and position as shown.

8. Open tube of choice in psp  . If using Barb Jensen tube from pack 7, resize  to  85% twice. Adjust > sharpen . Effects > drop shadow . Copy > paste into animation shop.  Duplicate one time for a total of two frames. Left click on first frame > edit > select all > edit copy . Left click on first frame of tag > edit > select all >  paste into selected frame , position as shown. 

9. Open candle trio 01 from BC kit . Resize to  80%> edit > repeat resize two times. Adjust > sharpen. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow.  Copy candle into  animation shop. Duplicate one time for a total of two frames.  Left click on first frame > edit > select all > edit > copy . Left click on first frame of  tag > edit > select all > edit > paste into selected frame , positioning as shown to cover/hide  bottom of tube of choice.

10.  Open ribbon 02 from step # 3 .  Resize ribbon to  60%.  Image > mirror . Copy and paste into animatino shop " as new animation" .  Duplicate once for a total of  two frames.  Left click on first frame > edit > select all > edit > copy . Left click on first frame of  tag > edit > select all > edit >paste into selected frame , position as shown.  

11. Dont forget to apply proper credits . Save as GIF file.
