Font color f/g  #735a92  and b/g color #efcbe0

Let's Get Started

1. Open a new file in PSP  600 x 600 ( file > new )  and tick the transparent box . Flood fill file with color noted above in hints.  Open SD mask # 5  > Layers > new mask layer >from image. Copy and paste onto new file " as new layer "  . Layers > merge visible. Delete SD mask # 5.

2. Open Fan # 1  from Kit . Copy and paste onto mask/tag " as new selection " and position as shown  2 blocks from the top and 1 block from left side. .Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

3. Open flower # 7 from kit . Resize by  85% twice. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and Paste onto tag " as new selecton "  carefully positioning as shown with buds/pistons of flower  1 block off top of tag as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

4. Open flower # 10 from kit .  Resize by 85% four times .Adjust > sharpen . Copy and paste onto right side of tag, position  about half way down  two and one half blocks off of right edge of  tag . Effects > 3 D effects . drop shadow > selections > select none.   Left click on flower again > image > mirror .  Copy and paste onto left side of  tag " as new selection "  , position as shown about half way down staying 3-4 blocks off of edge of tag  and level with  flower # 10 on right side of tag . Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

5. Open flower  # 5 from kit. ..  Image > Rotate right . Copy and paste onto left side of  tag " as new selection " position as shown with far left morning glory flower just covering  bottom edge of fan and keeping one block off of edge of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none .  Left click on flower > Image > mirror . Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection "  staying about four blocks from right edge of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

6. Open String # 2 from kit.   Copy and paste onto lower edge of mask/tag " as new selection " keeping lowest part of  left side of string one block from bottom edge of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow >  selections > select none. Resize string by  85% .  Repeat  copy and paste string " as new selection " , keep bottom edge of string  five and one half blocks off bottom of  tag,  and 5 blocks off of left side of tag .  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none. 

7.  Open frame # 7 and paper # 2.   Using magic wand right click inside center of frame. Hold down the shift key and click through vines inside frame > marching ants. Selections > modify > expand by two .  Copy and paste paper # 2 " into selection".  Effects > plugins > Richard Rosenmans grid generator . For background  in plugin , hold dropper over color of paper and click " ok " , for grid color select either light lavendar or white from flowers.  Settings  13, 13, 0, 0.   Selections > select none.  Resize frame by  85 %  Three  times .

8. Get magic wand. Left click on frame  in all visible areas of frame , and of top flower and on  pistons until all are covered with / surrounded by marching ants.  Effects > plugins > cybia screen works > dot screen effect. Selections > select none.  

9. Copy and paste frame onto tag , position as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

10. Open Garv tube . Using selection tool from top left of  tube hold down left clicker on mouse and  pull down toward right and  section out  a head and or bust shot > marching ants > copy > paste as new image . Go back and left click on Garv tube > selections > select none.   On  head/bust shot , left click > image > mirror . Resize by  85%  twice . Copy and paste onto frame as shown " as new selection" . Selections > select none. Delete head shot.

11.  Open flower # 4 , resize by 85% twice. Copy and paste onto left side of frame " as new selection " , position as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none..

12. Open or select  Garv tube . Resize by 85% once or twice depending on your taste, mine is resized twice.   Copy and paste" as new selection"   on right side of  frame as shown, effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

13. Open bow # 1 from kit. Resize to 30%, Adjust > sharpen . Copy and paste " as new selection " onto upper middle area of frame > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.

14.  Resize Tag by  90%. Adjust > sharpen .  Effects > plugins > Xero filter > porcelain , settings :

softness and strength  each  45.  Red 40, Green 0 ,  Blue 65. 

15. Apply proper credits  and save as PNG file
