Drop shadow settings:  Vertical 2, Horizontal 1, opacity 100, blur 3.0.  Color black.
 

Let's get started.

1. Open a new image in psp, sized 600 x 600 pixels, tick the transparent box.  Change f/g and b/g colors in materials layer palette to #aa855b. Flood fill file, now known as tag.  Open mask of choice. Layers> new mask layer> from image> copy and paste onto tag " as new layer" > layers> merge visible.  Delete original mask. 

2. Open branch 2 from kit. Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize twice more.  Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown, keep furthest right flower in second block from right side of tag and top flower in 3rd block from top of tag.  Selections> none.   Set branch aside for later step .

3. Open nostalgic envelope from kit. Resize to 85%.  Edit> repeat resize five times more. Adjust > sharpen.   Depending on where you download the Cris Ortega tube from , sizing will be different, start resizing to 85%, sharpen as you go  and copy and paste ortega image into  frame of envelope.  Selections> select none.  Open criss cross ribbon from kit.  Image > resize to 15%. Adjust sharpen.  Copy and paste onto right side of  envelope as shown > effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.    Set this aside for a later step . 

4. Open clock from kit.  Image > resize to 60%. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste  onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown in 4th block from right side and 3rd block from top.  Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

5.  Get envelope set aside in step 3.  Copy and paste onto left side of tag ": as new selection" and position as shown, staying in 4th block from left side of tag and  in 10th block from bottom  of tag.  Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.  Left click on envelope image again, Image> free rotate> left > 20%> copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection and position to slightly  to overlap first envelope > effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

6. Open Nostalgic frame 2 from kit.  Image > resize to 45%.  Adjust > sharpen.  Open paper # 3 from kit. Resize to 50%.  Adjust > sharpen.  Geg magic wand, left click inside frame > marching ants> selections> expand by 1,  copy and paste paper into selection.   Copy and paste Ortega image onto frame "as new selection" > selections> select none.   Open wrap bow # 1 from kit.  Image > resize to 50%. Adjust > shapen.  Copy and paste onto bottom of frame " as new selection" > selections> none.  Open  bow 1 from kit.  Image > resize to 15%.  Adjust> sharpen.  Copy and past onto bow wrap " as new selection" and postion as shown.  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  Open flower 3 from kit.  Image > resize to 7%.   Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto bow over bow wrap " as new selection" > selections> select none.  Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown with upper right corner of frame partially covering face of clock.  Effects> 3D effect.> Drop shadow> Selections> select none. 

 

7. Get branch set aside from earlier step.   Image > resize to 85%. Edit> repeat resize one time.  Erase bottom stem off of tube.    Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection"  and position as shown onto edge of left side of frame > effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

8. Open beads from kit. Image > resize to 85% twice. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection" and position as shown in 3rd block from each side and in 4th block from bottom.   Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> none.  

9.  Open lantern from kit. Image > resize to 30%.  Adjust> sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position as shown iun 10th block from left and in 3rd block from bottom of tag.  Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> none.

10. Open butterfly # 4 from kit.  Resize to 20% . Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto bottom left of tag as shown > effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.  Left click on butterfly tube again > image resize by 85%. > copy and paste onto top of tag above frame as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

11. OPTIONAL .  Use the following settings for Porcelain effects :  softness 25.  Strenth 35.  Red 25, green 20, Blue 10, click OK.

12. Add proper credits to tag and  save as PNG .
