Drop shadow settings Vertical 3, Horizontal 2, Blurr 4.00, Opacity 100, Color Black

This is an animated tag  but can be done as PNG file non animated.

! Let's Get Started !

1. Open a new file in PSP  ( file > new ) , 650 x 600 pixels, tick the transparent box  Set materials palette to  color#095909.  Using soft fuzz brush @ 40 % opacity, tap out  a diagonal area from top left to bottom right , creating a mask or background effect , Keep off edges of tag by at least 1 inch .  Effects > texture effects >  mosaic antique .

2. Open berries # 4 from  kit . Image > resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen.. Using round eraser brush size  22, remove stems from bottom of berry sprig.  Copy and paste " as new selection"  in upper left corner of tag as shown > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Left click on your berry tube again . Image > flip > image > mirror . Copy and paste as shown  on lower right corner of tag " as new selection" , keep well off edges. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none .

3. Open Poinsettia bouquet # 4 from kit. Using your pick tool , Left click on poinsettia and  when lines appear hover over top line and  push down by 3 blocks from the top . Image > free rotate  : right , 30 degrees .  Copy and paste onto  tag " as new selection " and position as shown > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow  > selections > select none. Left click again on poinsettia tube > image > flip > image > mirror . Copy and paste " as new selection"  below/leftward/ overlapping first poinsettia  as shown . Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > selections . select none. Move this to the side for later steps.

4. Duplicate  poinsettia / tag . In layers palette, close off top layer . Highlight first layer >  Adjust > add / remove noise >add noise : Gussian > monochrome  26. . Close off layer . Open top layer and repeat , change amount to 36. Close layer.  Open bottom layer and copy > paste into animation shop " as new animation. Open top layer in psp layer palette and copy > paste into animation shop " after current selection" . You should have two frames .  Go back to psp . Open a new image650 x 600 , color white . Copy and paste into animation shop and duplicate one time, total 2 frames.Left click on first frame of poinsettias > Edit > select all > edit > copy . Left click on first frame of white tag > edit > select all > edit > paste into selected frame .

5. Open a new image 600 x 600 ,tick transparent box .  Open frame # 4 from part 2 of kit. Image > resize to 85%. Edit > repeat resize 2 times. Adjust > sharpen . Copy and paste " as new image "  and move frame to the side for later step.  Get magic wand, left click inside newly created  frame > marching ants> selections > modify > expand by 2 . Open paper # 40 . Image > resize to 50%. Adjust > sharpen .  Copy and paste paper # 40 "into selection".  Open tube of choice and  using selection tool, create head shot by pulling from top left to lower right of area on tube you have chosen to create a head shot . Copy and paste as new image and delete tube of choice. Left click on frame with marching ants > and paste head shot." into selection"  as shown . Selections > select none. Copy and paste framed headshot onto blank  tag " as new layer " Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow.

5. Left click on  frame # 4 . Image > resize to 85% > Edit > repeat resize > adjust > sharpen . Open paper # 24 from kit and resize to 50%.  Adjust > sharpen.  Get magic wand and left click inside frame > selections > modify > expand by  2.  Copy and paste  paper # 24 into  frame .  Open a different tube of choice , create  head shot as in  step 4  and copy and paste " into selection" .  Copy and paste onto upper left  tag " as new selection" and position as shown overlapping  center frame > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Left click on  created frame > image > mirror and copy and paste " as new selection " onto tag on lower right  end of , overlapping main frame as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

6. Open candy cane # 4  from kit.  Open new file in psp ( file > new )  tick transparent box, size 350 x 350.  Resize candy cane to 85% > edit > repeat resize four more times. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste candy cane onto new file " as new selection"  > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.  Left click on candy cane tube > image > mirror > copy and paste onto other candy cane " as new selection " creating appearance of heart shaped bow > effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > select none. Copy and paste candy cane bow into animation shop " as new animation".  Duplicate image. Copy and paste onto tag in animation shop following principles of animation in bold print in step 4.  Place one bow between first and second circle frame and  the other between second and third circle frame  as shown.

7. Click on first frame of animation > edit > select all > animation > resize  to  90%..

8 . Add proper credits view > animation  and save as gif file.
