3. PSP- drop shadow settings: vertical 2, horizontal 1, blur 2.00, opacity 100, color dark brown.
Let's get started!

1. Open a new file in PSP sized 600 x 600 , tick transparent box .

2. Open boardwalk mask from kit , copy and paste as new layer. Layers>merge visible.

3. Open sand from kit.  Image > resize to 80%.  Copy and paste onto tag as new selection and position as shown in lower right side of tag, take care not to cut off fine edges of sand. Selections> select none.

4. Open bead scatters from kit . Copy and paste onto tag as new layer > merge visible.

5. Open grass from kit.  Using pic tool, push in from left side by two blocks.  Copy and paste onto tag as new selection and position as shown on right side of tag. Tip of grass at highest point should be in 7th block from top and  farthest tip on right side of grass should be in second block from right side of tag. Selections> select none.

6. Open paper # 3 from kit.  Using the selection tool, change shape to circle. Pull out a circle slightly larger than a 50 cent piece, about 2 inches round .  Open a new file in psp, same size, tick transparent box.  Copy and paste selected circle of paper onto new file as a new layer.  Open frame #4 from kit.  Resize image to 70%.  Copy and paste frame onto circle of paper as a new layer.  Open Jennifer Janesko tube or tube of choice . For the Janesko, using eraser took erase bottom of tube in circlular motion to match frame.  Copy and paste tube onto circled paper and frame as new layer.  In layers palette, left click on tube and slide beneath frame.  Layers> merge visible. 

7.  Copy and paste tube and frame onto tag as new selection , position as shown with widest part of frame in 5th block from left side of tag and lowest point of frame in second block from bottom of tag.  Selections> select none.

8. Open flower 2 from kit.  Image > resize to 45%. Using pic tool, push down from top by two blocks.  Copy and paste onto lower right side of tag as new selection positioning as shown two blocks from right side and one block from bottom.  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.

9.  Open paint brushes from kit . Copy and paste onto tag as new selection and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow > selections> selection none. 

10. Open ribbon fob from kit. Image> resize to 85%.  Copy and paste onto tag as new selection and position as shown over paint brushes  with bottom left tip of ribbon being two blocks from bottom and two blocks from left side of tag > effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.
Add proper credits to tag and you are done !
