2. I am using my scrapkit " Elegant Rose" HERE
3. WSL mask # 143 HERE or rounded mask of choice

4. Xero Filter- Porcelain

Drop shadow settings: Vertical 2,Horizontal1,Blur 4.00, Opacity 100, color black
This tag, scrapkit and tutorial were created in February 2011. the kit has minor flaws, mostly with sizing but is free for personal use only.

Let's Get Started

1. Open a new image in PSP 600 x 600 pixels, tick transparent box. Change foreground color in materials palette to #e1aeb8. Flood fill new file . Open WSL mask # 143 > layers> new mask layer> from image. Copy and paste new mask layer onto flood filled file ( tag) " as new layer" > layers> merge visible. Delete original mask.

2. Open Pearl scatters  from kit. Image> resize to 90% > copy and paste onto tag " as new layer" > layers > merge visible. Open rose petals from kit. Image > resize to 65%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste "as new selection" across bottom of tag. Selections> select none.

3. Open balloon 1 from kit. Copy and paste onto upper right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown in second block from top and in 8th block from right side of tag. > selections> select none. Do not drop shadow on balloons. Open balloon 2 from kit > image > resize to 85%> adjust>sharpen. Copy and paste onto first balloon "as new selection" , position as shown, overlapping balloon 1, staying in 4th block from top of tag and in 5th block from right side of tag> selections> select none.

4. Open frame 2 from kit. Image > free rotate> right > 25%> Free. Image>resize to 85%> adjust > sharpen. Open paper # 6 from kit. Image> resize to 75%. > Adjust > sharpen. Get selection tool, change shape to circle. Starting in middle of paper, pull out a circle about 2 3/4 inches . Open a new file in psp, copy and paste paper onto new file " as new layer".  Open Sonia Roji tube . Copy and paste onto circle paper " as new selection" >position so that tops of nylons fall on bottom edge of circle/paper> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. Using eraser brush,remove excess legs from bottom edge of circle paper.

5.Copy and paste frame # 2 over top of paper and tube " as new selection" and position carefully to be

sure all edges of paper are hidden. You will notice frame overlays tube, that's ok.Don't panic. Get selection tool and change shape back to rectangle. Starting in upper left corner of Sonia Roji tube,  pull down and rightward to area below her arm on the left side of tube ( her right arm ) and release. Edit > copy > paste " as new selection:> and carefully position over original tube, taking care to make sure all edges match up> selections> select none.  Copy and paste frame and tube onto tag" as new layer" > effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

6. Open fan from kit. Image> resize to 85% >edit>repeat resize 4 times more. Image> free rotate > change free rotate direction to right , keep other settings same. Adjust>sharpen.Copy and paste onto lower left side of tag " as new selection" , position in second block from left side of tag and in 4th block from bottom of tag, effects> 3D effects> drop shadow > selections> select none.

7. Open ribbon 1 from kit. Image> resize to 60%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto lower left side of tag " as new selection" , position in second block from left side of tag and in 3rd block from bottom of tag> effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

8. Open frame 1 from kit. Image> resize to 35% > adjust > sharpen.Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow.Image > free rotate using same settings in step 6.  Open paper # 6 from kit. Using selection tool, pull out a square about 1 inch . Image> rotate > frfee rotate same settings as in step 6.  Open a new image in psp . Copy copy and paste paper onto new image " as new layer" > layers> merge visible.  Open Sonja Roji tube  and resize to 50%. Adjust > sharpen. Using selection tool, create a head shot > image> free rotate> same settings as in step 6. Copy and paste onto paper " as new selection" > selections> select none. Copy and paste small frame 1 over paper " as new selection" > selections> select none.Copy and paste image onto tag > as new selection" > selections> select none.

9. Open note envelope from kit. Image > resize to 60% > image> mirror. Adjust. Hue and Saturation > hue and saturation> settings: Hue 333 > saturation> 76> Lightness 70. click OK.  Copy and paste onto lower right side of frame" as new selection " > position as shown> effects> 3D effects> drop shadow > selections> select none.

10. Open heart shaped trinket box from kit. Image> resize to 35%> adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto lower right side of tag " as new selection" and position as shown. Effects > 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

11. Open butterfly from kit. Resize to 60% > adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto right side of frame " as new selection", position as shown. Effects>3D effects>drop shadow> selections> select none. Left click on butterfly element again > image> resize to 85% > adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto left side of tag as new selection  and position as shown. Effects>3D effects>drop shadow> selections> select none.

12. . Optional : xero porcelain settings> Softness 20, strength 30, red 25, green 0 , blue 15.
