7. Drop shadow settings color #000040 ,  Vertical 3, horizontal 2, blurr 4.00, opacity 100.

8.Xero Filter Porcelain - settings :  Softness 50, Strength 60, Red 0, Green, 0 Blue 75

Lets Get Started

1. Open a new file in PSP  ( file > new )  600 x 600 pixels , 72.00 dpi resolution, 

 tick the transparent box

2. Flood fill new image with  color #e2d6b4. Open mask . Layers > new mask layer > from image.

Copy and paste new mask layer onto flood filled image " as new layer " Merge visible. Delete original mask.

3. Effects > plugins > Rosenman's grid generator. Background color # e2d6b4, line color #00c0c0f, sizing : x grid 20 , y grid 20, L & B trans 0. click OK

4.  Open beads from kit . Copy > paste as new layer onto tag . Effects 3D effects > drop shadow. Layers  > merge visible.

5. Open Anchor and rope from kit . Resize to 85%. Get magic wand , left click inside rope loop> marching ants .Selections > Modify > expand by 2 . Open blue  paper # 7 from kit .  Copy > paste " into selection"  . Marching ants . Set aside.

6. Open Nicole Brune tube . Using the selection tool, start in upper left corner holding down the left mouse pull down and righward, selecting a square headshot of the mermaid and release mouse > marching ants > Copy > paste " as new image "  . Copy > Paste headshot "into selection " on anchor rope loop.  Selections > select none. Keep headshot and set aside.

7. Open a new image  600 x 600  ( file -new )  . Materials Palette  set foreground color  #000040 and background color to Metal Brass , repeats 1, angle 51, style box 4.  Font size  24, Stroke width 1.0.  Type out  " Life's a Beach " , staggering lettering as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Layers > Merge visible.  Copy and paste onto tag and position as shown.

8. Open blue frame from kit. Open paper # 5 from kit. Get magic wand > left click inside frame > marching ants . Selections > modify > expand by 2. Copy and paste paper # 5  " into selection .Leave marching ants intact.

9.  Left click on head shot from step # 6, Image > mirror . Copy and paste headshot " into selection" . Selections > select none.. Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown. this should overlap your headshot inside the rope loop as shown.  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections . select none.

10.  Open Nicole Brune mermaid tube and resize by 85% > Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection> position as shown. She should set down on top of word art, position as shown.  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow.  Selections > select none.

11. Open blue button from kit . Resize by  85% twice.  Copy and paste onto frame "
 as new selection " in lower right corner  and position as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.  Resize button by  90% .  Copy and paste onto frame in upper left corner " as new selection"  as shown.  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > Selections > select none.

12. Open shell # 4 from kit.  Copy and paste onto tag in two  places " as new selection" position as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none.

13.  Effects > plugins> xero filter > porcelain , use settings as indicated in supplies . Click OK .

14. Get bubble tube from psp ( it comes with psp )  and place bubbles on tag as shown.

15. Resize tag to 90%. Add proper credits to tag and save as PNG file.
