1. I am using the gorgeous art of Barbara Jensen " Pink a Boo " Halloween Layers Package 4 HERE

Drop shadow Settings : Vertical 4, Horizontal 2, Blurr 4.00, Opacity 100, Color black

Font Blackwood Castle f/g color #be5529 and b/g color #ffab02

! Let's Get Started !

1. Open a new file in PSP . File > new > size 635 x 450 pixels. Make sure transparent box is ticked.

2. Open Barbara Jensen tube ( or tube of choice ) close off top layer in layer palette. Left click on image > layers > merge visible. Left click > copy > paste as new image . Delete original tube. Move tube/image  to the side.

3. Open  Scraps Dimensions FN tree from kit . Resize by 85%. Edit > repeat resize. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto new file " as new selection" , stay 1 block from top of file , and

2 and 1/2 blocks from left side of file. Effects >3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Move tree to the side for later use.

4. Open Scraps Dimensions Autumn Days Leaves 2, Copy and paste "as new selection" , position as shown so that far left leaf is in block one on left side , and block 8 from bottom of tag. Selections> select none. Left click on leaves again > image > mirror . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection", position slightly lower than first leaves, overlapping them so that far left leaf is in the second block from the left side , and the third full block from the bottom of the tag. Selections> select none.

5. Open SeaSchell's Cluster Frame . Image > resize by 80%. Adjust > sharpen . Open paper # 6 from SD FN kit.  Using magic wand , left click inside Cluster frame > marching ants. Copy and paste paper 6 " into selection" > Selections> modify > expand by 2. Selections > select none.  Copy and paste papered frame onto tag " as new layer " . Effects > 3D effects . drop shadow> layers > merge visible.

6. Open tree from step # 3. Copy and paste onto right side of frame " as new selection", position as shown, 2nd block from the top, 5th block from the right side of tag. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none.

7. Open SD FN cloud 2 from kit . Image > resize by 85%. Copy and paste onto top of witches cauldron " as new selection> selections > select none. 

8. Open pumpkins from SD Autumn Days kit . Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" position to cover roots of tree on right lower side 6th block from the  right side and 4th block from the bottom right . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Open spider # 3 from SD FN kit . Image > resize > 85%. Copy and paste onto pumpkins " as new selection". Selection > select none.

9. Open bat # 1 from SD Fright night kit . Image > resize > 85%.  Image > free rotate > left > 18.00. Copy and paste onto tag above frame on top right > as new selection> selections > select none.

10. Get Barbara Jensen tube ( or tube of choice )  Left click on new image > image > resize > 85%. Edit > repeat resize. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag in center " as new selection", position 0 blocks from top of tag and knees should be just below bottom edge of frame. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

11. Resize tag to 90%. Adjust > sharpen. Add proper credits > save as PNG file.
