Supplies

1. Monti's Blinds Mask HERE

2.  Free Scrapkit "Disco Fever "  by Seve  HERE  , or scrapkit of choice .

3. I am using the adorable " Just Cute " package 2 by Barbara Jensen HERE

4.Xero filter Porcelain HERE

5. Visman filter/plugin " toolbox "

Drop shadow Settings Vertical 3, Horizontal 2, Blurr 4.00, Opacity 100, color black

! Let's Get Started !

1. Open a new image in psp > file > new.  Be sure to tick the transparent box. Size 650 x 525 pixels. Click OK . Set f/g  and b/g color in psp materials palette to #eb63b0. Flood fill file . Open Monti's blinds mask 1 . Layers > new mask layer > from image. Source luminince, uncheck " invert mask data "  Copy and paste new mask layer onto  new file " as new layer "  Layers > merge visible. Delete Monti's mask. Get Pick tool, Move down 2 blocks from top and botttom ,  and pull out  3 blocks from sides to create oval shape from mask.

2. Open  sparkle 5 from Disco Fever kit. Rotate right . Resize by 85%. Edit > repeat resize 2 times. Adjust > sharpen . Copy and paste onto mask " as new layer " . Layers > merge visible.

3. Open flower #3  from  kit . Copy and paste onto mask " as new selection ", position onto upper left area of mask > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.  Repeat onto bottom right area of mask .

4. Open green shooting star from kit .  Image > mirror .  Image > resize > 85% > edit > repeat resize . Flood fill white areas of star with a gold or brass gradient . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position over upper left flower , stay 1 block off of the top of tag. Effects > 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections > select none.

5.  Open band 1 from kit.  Copy and paste  " as new selection"  onto first the left side of tag at bottom , position as shown staying 5 blocks off of bottom and off of left side. Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow . Selections> select none. Left click on band.   Image > mirror , repeat copy and paste onto bottom right of tag , overlappying band on left. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.

6. Open Peace Logo # 5 from kit. Resize by 85% > Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position as shown on right side of tag , 3 blocks from top of tag and 4 blocks from right side of tag. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.

7.  Open peace sign ( hand  " main " )  from kit . Copy and paste " as new selection " onto peace sign . Selections > select none.

8.  Open orange beetle bug car  from kit . Image > resize by  85% . Edit > repeat resize 2 times. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" , position  as shown , front wheel of car should rest on left  yellow bar, stay 5 blocks from side. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

9. Open blue notes 2 from kit . Rsize by 85% .  Copy and paste across top of tag " as new selection " , position as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Selections> select none.

10.  Open Barbara Jensen's Cutie " Little Love " from pack 2, Image > resize to 85%. Copy and  paste onto left side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown, stay 2 blocks from left side of tag, and 3 blocks from top and bottom of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

11. Open Barbara Jensen's " Swingin" from cute cute pack # 2 . Image > resize by  85%.  Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as hown, right hand of cutie tube should be on lower left corner of  rear car window, hair should overlap music bars, left arm should follow back right side of car.  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

12. Open blue and yellow flower from kit . Resize to 25%. Copy and paste on left side of tube and on right side inside the peace sign as shown , Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

13. Open peace sign logo # 5. Resize to  20%, copy and paste onto lower right side of tag > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Left click onto  peace logo again , resize to 85%. Copy and paste onto left side of tag at bottom as shown, effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.

14.  Resize tag to 90%. Adjust > sharpen.  Xero filter " porcelain" Settings : Softness and Strength 50 each. Red 44, Green 32, Blue 50. click OK .

15. Filter - VM toolbox " stardust "  choose any settings you prefer , make sure # of spikes is  60.  Click OK.

16. Add proper credits . Save as PNG file
