Drop shadow : vertical 3, horizontal 2, opacity 100, blurr 4.00, color black

This tutorial was created easy enough for beginners to advanced with a basic knowledge of psp. 
This tutorial, tag  and scrapkit were created to honor my long time online friend and little sister Desertgirl2020.

Let's get started !!

1. Open a new image 600 x600 pixels in psp. Tick transparent box.

2. Create your mask :  Open  a new file same as first, resize to 90%.  Open paper 9. Copy and paste paper onto new file " as new layer" > layers> merge visible. . Open your mask of choice . Layers> new mask layer > from image. Copy and paste newly created mask image onto newly created paper file."as new layer"  > layers > merge visible.  Copy and paste mask onto your blank file " as new layer"> layers merge visible. Delete original mask .

3.  Highlight mask in layers palette. Double click in layer palette and  decrease opacity to 50%. > click OK.

4. Open mesh from kit . Highlight in layers palette , double click and decrease opacity to 40%. Click OK. Copy and paste mesh onto tag " as new layer " >layers> merge visible.

5. Open gold dust from kit. Copy and pastse onto tag " as new layer" > layers> merge visible.  Image > resize to 90%> adjust> sharpen.

6. Open wagon wheel from kit. Image > resize to 85%. Edit> repeat resize 1 time. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto right side of tag  " as new selection " and position as show, centered and in third block from right side of tag. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. Set wagon wheel aside, dont close it.

7. Open corset from kit. Image > resize to 85%> edit> repeat resize 1 time. Image> free rotate> right> 25%.  Copy and paste onto upper right side of tag " as new selection" position as shown in 5th block from top and in 4th block from right side of tag. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow> selections>none.

8. Open sunflower 4 from kit. Image> mirror. Copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown in 5th block from top and left side of flower should be in 6th block from left side of tag. Effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> noen. Set sunflower aside. Dont close it.

9. Get wagon wheel from step 6. Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize twice more> adjust a> sharpen. Copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection" and  position as shown in 5th block from left side and just beneath sunflower. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

10. Open a new image in psp size and values same as step 1.  Open paper # 5 from kit. Get selection tool shape rectangle, pull out an area about  2 inches x 3 inches. Edit > copy > paste onto new file " as new layer" > layers> merge visible.

11. Open frame 3 from kit. Image > resize to 85%. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow.  Copy and paste over paper " as new selection " , (position so that edges of paper do not show, if they do , undo the paste and resize the paper layer to fit. )  Open Keith Garvey tube or tube of choice. For Garv tube close off all layers in layers palette except close up, highlight this layer> , Image > resize to 85% > edlit > repeat resize twice more. Copy and paste this layer " as new layer " right over the frame and position as shown. Get eraser brush , round , size 35, remove edges around garv tube to fit the frame ( dont worry, you wont erase the frame) , be sure not to forget bottom edge of tube for erasure. Once the areas are sure to fit > edit> copy > paste as new image .  Left click over frame/tube > edit> undo paste .  Left click on the new image you pasted > copy > paste onto frame " as new selection" and match edges > selections> none. Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown, try to be precise.

12. Open Latigo Token from kit.  Image > mirror . Image > resize to 85% > edit> repeat resize twice more. Adjust >sharpen. Copy and paste onto lower right corner of frame " as new selection" , position carefully as shown>  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

13. Get sunflower from step 8. Image > resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen Image > mirror . Get eraser brush , remove lower left leaf  and stem from bottom of sunflower. Copy and paste along side frame "as new selection"  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. 

14. Open hat from kit. Image > resize to 85%. Edit> repeat resize three times more. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag, over token " as new selection", position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.

15. Open latigo trinket from kit.  Image >: resize to 85%. Edit> repeat resize twice more . Adjust > sharpen more.   Get  eraser brush and remove a small area from top of latigo , Copy and paste onto  right side of frame " as new selection" and postion as shown.  Effects>3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none.
