Together - BCA Tag

Supplies 

1. Blue Dream Designs BCA Free Scrapkit  HERE 

2. Scrap Dimensions Mask # 5 HERE  

3.  Free Ismael Rac BCA tube HERE  You will need a license from his new site to use this .

Materials Palette  f/g and b/g color  #d64181

Drop Shadow Settings :  Vertical 3, Horizontal 2, Blur  4.00 , Opacity 100 .

**** HINTS ****

It has been drawn to my attention that the kit is much larger than indicated in this tutorial. My apologies, I must have resized the kit when I downloaded it last year .  I always start my resizing by  85%, and I resize until I get it to the size that comfortably suits my tag , so if this helps , resize the elements by 85% for as many times as you need it to be. Consider this a " challenge "  and enjoy it !

Lets Begin !

1. Open  a new file in PSP > file > new  -  600 x600 , tick transparent box. Flood fill new file with color ##d64181 as directed above .  Open SD Mask # 5 . Layers > new mask layer > from image . Copy and paste mask layer onto  flood filled file " as new layer "  . Layers > merge visible. Delete Mask # 5.

2. Open floral corsage from Scrapkit  . Image > free rotate > rotate left 30.00.  Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste corsage " as new selection '" onto right side of mask near the top, position  as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.   Left click on floral corsage from scrapkit . Image > mirror . Copy and paste onto mask " as new selection"  and positon on left side of mask near the top as shown. Set floral corsage to the side for later use.

3. Open Pearls branch from  scrapkit ( the one without the bow ) .  Copy and paste " as new selection" onto mask/floral image , carefully placing it on the left side so that just the top cluster of pearls shows and lays over the lower left flower as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

4. Open calla lillies  # 2 from Scrapkit  Copy and paste" as new selection "  onto right side of tag closer to the top, position  as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow .Selections > select none.  Left click on calla lillies image from kit ,Image > mirror .  Copy and paste onto left side of tag " as new selection " lower than the one on the right as shown.  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.

5. Open BCA frame 1 from kit , copy and paste as new image .Delete original.  Open paper #4 from kit .Copy and paste as new image, delete original paper.   Get magic  wand. Left click inside frame > marching ants . Selections > modify > expand by 2.00.  Copy and paste paper " into selection" of frame # 1.  Selections . Select none. Copy and paste  papered frame onto tag " as new layer "  Get move tool . Holding down left click on mouse, slide frame upward just 1/4 inch . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Layers > merge visible.

6. Open Ismael Rac Breast Cancer Free # 3 ( bust shot )  tube . Close off all layers except  the second from the bottom. Highlight this layer . Copy > paste as new image . Delete original.   Image > resize  70%. Copy and paste tube onto tag " as new layer " Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Layers . Merge visible.

7. Open feather flower # 2 . Image > resize to 90% .  Copy and paste " as new selection" onto right side of tag covering bottom of  Ismael Rac tube , position as shown.   Left click on feather flower from kit, > image > mirror . Copy and paste onto lower left side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown to mirror the one on the right, covering the bottom of the Ismael Rac tube.  Do not drop shadow. Selections > select none.

8. Open clouds from kit. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" just overlapping bottom of frame as shown. Do not drop shadow.

9. Open label # 2  from kit.  Copy and paste " as new selection" on bottom of tag as shown, position carefully so that  feathers show on top edge . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow .Selections > select none.

10. Open floral corsage set aside earlier  . Image > resize to 40% . Sharpen. Image . rotate left . Copy and paste onto left side of  Label  " as new selection", position as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.  Left click on floral corsage > image > mirror . Copy and paste onto right side of Label "as new selection ", position as shown. Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

11. Open Satin bow # 3 from kit.  Image :> resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste " as new selection " carefully positioning over  Label , cover as little of the wording on label as possible , as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections > select none.

12.  Left click on tag  > Image > resize to 90%. Adjust > sharpen .  

13.  Optinonal :  Xero filter/plugin using the following settings :  Softness  55, Strength 55.  Red 60 , Green  0 ,  Blue 30.  Click ok .

14. Option # 2 . BCA ribbon . Open Ismael Rac tube # 3 , close off all layers except top layer. Copy and paste as new image . Close tube .  Left click on ribbon , resize to 85%, copy and paste onto tag " as new selection as shown . Effects > 3 D effects > drop shadow > Selections > select none.

15. Add license # and proper credits. Save tag as PNG file..
