Drop shadow settings ; Vertical 3, Horizontal 2, Blur 4.00, and opacity 100.

! Let's Get Started !.

1. Open a new image in PSP . File > new . Tick the transparent box in window. Size 650 x 490 pixels. Set Materials palette f/g color to #d0daa3. Flood fill new file.  Open WSL mask # 287. Resize to 85%.  Using the pick tool, push down from top 2 blocks and up from bottom 2 blocks . From side push in 1 and 1/2 blocks from each side. ( basically reshaping this mask from a square to  a rectangle ) . Left click on mask > Layers > new mask layer > from image . Source luminence. Be sure invert mask data box is not ticked. Click ok .  Copy and paste mask onto flood filled file " as new layer " . Layers > merge visible. Delete original mask. Highlight mask in layers palette, double click . Decrease opacity to 80%. If you would like it lighter , decrease opacity to your preference. Click OK

2.  Open clear bubbles from BCS Whimsy kit. Resize to 80%. Image > rotate left. Copy and paste onto

mask " as new layer ". Layers > merge visible.

3. Open buttefuly # 4 from BCS kit . Resize to 90%.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection", position as shown with tip of right wing just 1/2 block from top of tag, be sure to center  butterfly. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

4. Open green curly ribbon # 2 from BCS kit . Resize by 50%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste " as new selection  across bottom of tag , stay 2 blocks off sides of tag , position as shown with tip of right

end of ribbon just 1 block off bottom of tag . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections> select none.

5. Open BCS filler spray from kit . Resize to  35 %. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste  " as new selection" across bottom of tag over ribbon, position as shown carefully , just as shown ( this is important for a later step )  Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none. Set aside for a later step .

6. Open BCS brad #2 .Image >  Resize by 55% > Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste halfway down tag on both sides " as new selection", positioning 4 blocks off of each side of tag . Effects > 3D effects > selections> select none.

7. Open BCS double frame from kit. Image > resize to 57% . Adjust > sharpen.  Open paper 15 from kit. Using magic wand, hold down shift key , left click inside both frames > marching ants. Selections > modify > expand by 2.  Copy and paste paper 15 into frame " paste into selections"  Selections > select none.

8.Copy and paste frame onto tag " as new selection" position as shown , keeping top of frame 3 blocks off of top edge of tag, and center so that brads beneath show evenly on both sides. Effects > 3D effects> drop shadow > selections > select none.

9. Open green BCS bow from kit.  Image > resize to 30%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto center top of frame " as new selecton", position as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none. 

10. Open butterfly # 3 from BCS kit.  Image > resize to 80%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto side of frame " as new selection". Position as shown on outer edges of frame , first on left > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none , then mirror butterfly ( image > mirror ) , and paste onto right .  Repeat drop shadow and select none.

11. Open Barb Jensen tubes  Carita and Silque . Resize each  by 85% . For Silque tube - image - mirror .  Adjust > sharpen.  Using your eraser brush size 32, carefully erase bottom of tube in an arch style, so as to fit bottom of tube on bottom edge of frame, arc should be slight and smooth for a good fit.  Copy and paste tubes " as new selection", position as shown. Tops of heads should be just under edge of frame as shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.   Dont worry about drop shadow showing on bottom edge.

12. Open tied string bow from BCS kit . Image > resize to 30%. Adjust Sharpen.  Copy and paste onto bow at top of frames " as new selection" , position as  shown. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

13.  Open beige curly ribbon from BCS kit.  Image > resize to 36%.  Image > flip  > Adjust > sharpen.  Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection " , position as shown . Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Selections > select none.

14. Get filler spray of roses from step # 5.  Copy and  paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection", position as shown, just ever so slightly upward of previous spray . Do not drop shadow. Selections . Select none.

15. Resize tag by 90%.  Effects > plugins > xero > porcelain . Settings > Strength and softness both 50, Red 42, green 62, blue 32.  All other settings 0 . 

16. Add proper credits to your tag , save as PNG file.
